100 day project

As a kid growing up, I've always remembered my constant attachment to pencils and a sketch pad. Drawing up stories, characters and animals — mum mentioned she never had to worry about entertaining me!

Once I started working as a graphic designer, apart from some initial concepting and note-taking, the vast majority of the workload tends to be digital. I felt I had been neglecting my first love of pencil sketching and decided to challenge to myself to draw more so I participated in the 100 Days Project for the first time in 2016. The idea is to do something creative everyday for 100 days consecutively. I chose to revolve my theme around my love for animals and proceeded to sketch them. 

Tough project but extremely proud to have finished it! Here are some of my favourites:
